The Software section centralizes the features related to inventory, licensing, and optimizing application usage within the organization. Through its different sections, you can view the applications detected on devices, manage software licenses, analyze their level of usage, and identify optimization and savings opportunities, both for traditional applications and for Microsoft 365 licenses. The available features are organized into the following sections:
  • Installed applications. Inventory of applications detected on the organization’s devices.
  • Licenses. Management of software licenses, costs, expirations, and consumption criteria.
  • SAM. Analysis of license usage and detection of optimization opportunities.
  • Microsoft 365 summary. Analysis of Microsoft 365 license consumption and optimization.
  • Microsoft 365 pricing. Management of the prices used for Microsoft 365 savings and optimization calculations.
