Activation

Activation allows Managed Service Providers (MSP) to evaluate the evolution of the installations or deployment of FlexxAgent in client-type organizations where they have delegated administration.

The list view table shows the names of the tenants. If it is a sub-organization, its name will be preceded by the name of the organization that manages it; for example: Client A > Sub-organization-01. This nomenclature is adopted because sub-organizations inherit the FlexxAgent configuration from the client-type organization that manages it.

The table also indicates the Flexxible product owned by the tenant, the type of organization corresponding to it, and time indicators that facilitate understanding the evolution of the adoption of FlexxAgent in the organization.

The time indicators provided by the table are 90 days ago, 60 days ago, 30 days ago, 7 days ago and Yesterday. Each field specifies the number (units) of active agents that existed at that particular time.

Activation also offers the option to search for tenants and the alternative to apply filters to the list of results, according to different parameters, such as company name, product owned, and the type of organization it is. From Export, you can download the list view in excel format.

Tenant interface

If the user clicks on the name of a tenant in the table, automatically, the Portal interface will go to the Home page of the selected tenant's Portal. This action is very useful because it speeds up the data retrieval of one organization or another.

The Portal will not return to the default organization, even if the page is refreshed. To return, there are two options:

• Press Ctrl + K + O.
• Select the default organization (My organization) directly from the Organization Selector, located at the top of the interface.
