Polls
Polls allow obtaining the user's sentiment or perception regarding very simple questions, trying to simplify the response mechanisms as much as possible to maximize the users' response rate.
The information collected from the surveys is processed along with the data that form the WRI (Workspace Reliability Index) to build the UXI (User Experience Indicator) dashboard.
Poll Configuration
The Polls
section allows you to create, modify, and delete surveys for users, schedule their execution, determine which users will receive them, and more options.
List view
Accessing the section, you can see a list of configured surveys, if there are any, as well as a preview of their configuration.
Detail view
By accessing an already created poll for modification or simply creating a new one through the button at the top right, you can access the poll's configuration.
The configuration options include:
Name
Define the survey name, as well as the title it will have when sent to users.
Question
Contains the question that will be asked to users; the answer is determined on a scale of 1 to 5 stars.
Audience
The audience configuration allows launching the poll to the entire organization, selected groups of users, or organization groups.
Occurrence
Occurrence options allow you to configure the survey to be launched to users either once or on a recurring basis. If on a recurring basis, the options are as follows:
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Annually
In all cases, you can select the specific day for launching the survey and its end date. You can also choose not to set an end date so that the survey would be launched indefinitely with the applied configuration.
Poll Execution
When the execution time comes, the users defined in the audience configuration will receive the survey. They must respond by clicking on the number of stars (from 1 to 5) according to their evaluation. These data are processed along with the data that form the WRI (Workspace Reliability Index) to build the UXI (User Experience) dashboard.
