End-customer tenants (sub-organizations)

Sub-organizations are very helpful in very large environments, with extensive user distribution and multiple service providers or highly segmented technical teams, because they allow subdividing a complex organization into management units according to the implementation requirements.

New description field at the workspace level

In addition to the identification code, it's now possible to include descriptions about the workspaces. You can create, edit, or delete them from the detail view of a device in Workspaces -> Operations -> Edit.

Patching with Wake on LAN

This new functionality allows applying operating system updates using Wake on LAN (WoL) technology, even when devices are turned off. The time frame for patch installations is defined in Portal. This functionality helps ensure that all devices receive critical updates without the need for manual intervention or user action, improving system security and performance. You can also configure the automatic shutdown of devices upon completion of the update installation.

Show installed, pending, and failed Windows updates

This feature provides visibility into the status of Windows updates. It allows administrators to see which updates have been installed correctly, which are pending, and which have failed. It helps comply with regulations and ensures that all systems are up-to-date and functioning properly.
