Users

From Users, you can view, modify, or create users for an organization, assign them roles, permissions in the Flexxible modules, and also set a default language for the consoles.

User Creation​

En la vista principal, el botón Nuevo dará acceso a nuevos usuarios a los diferentes módulos (Portal , Workspaces y Analyzer), una vez cumplimentados los campos de nombre, apellido y correo electrónico.

Roles​

In New -> Role, you can define the level of access to the Portal:

  • User: limited access to the information of their organization.
  • Organization Administrator: can configure any permissions equal to or lower than their own for the rest of the users in their organization or for those that depend on it.

Permissions in Workspaces​

From Permissions in Workspaces, you can grant access to Workspaces with the following levels:

  • No access.
  • L1 Support Team (Read Only).
  • L1 Support Team.
  • L2 Support Team (Read Only).
  • L2 Support Team.

Permissions in Analyzer​

From Permissions in Analyzer, you can define access to Analyzer:

  • Access.
  • No access.

Import and export users​

The Import users button allows you to select a file from the device to include new users in the Portal, to whom you can assign and configure levels and permissions, although these cannot be superior to those of the person performing the import.

If you want to do a bulk import of users, Flexxible recommends first doing an export to obtain the Excel file in the correct format. From there, you only need to complete it with the required changes, and finally import it.

A su vez, mediante Exportar usuarios es posible descargar un archivo excel con la lista de los usuarios de la organización y sus respectivos datos, que incluyen sus permisos dentro de la aplicación, tanto en Portal como en los módulos de Workspaces y Analyzer.
